Needing to use your late fee coupon this month?

Residents - if your late fee coupon has been summited Monday through Friday, please allow 24 hours for it to be reflected on your rental account. If you have submitted your late fee coupon outside of office hours, during the weekend, or a holiday it will not show up on your account until we are back in the office. If you have any question or concerns you are always welcome to give us a call.

Non-emergency maintenance request form.

Maintenance is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm for non-emergency requests. If you have a work order to submit to us, there are many different options available. 1. You may fill out this form

2. You may call the leasing office at 405-275-2343 to turn in the request for you

3. You may submit your request through the online portal

Please keep in mind that any requests submitted online or through the portal are not received outside of office hours. Therefore, any maintenance emergencies must be called in to 405-275-2346.

 Looking to schedule your free carpet cleaning?

Residents - if your carpet cleaning coupon has been summited Monday through Thursday, please allow 24 hours for your service to be scheduled. If you have submitted your coupon outside of office hours, during the weekend, or a holiday your service will not be scheduled until we are back in the office. Therefore, please select your schedule date with that in mind. If you have any question or concerns you are always welcome to give us a call. Thank you!
